⏳ When will I receive my order?

Every Sajkahon product is handcrafted with love and care, just for you. Because of this, our usual delivery time is:

  • Processing & Crafting Time: 3–5 working days

  • Shipping & Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (depending on your location)

So in total, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 working days from the date of purchase.

Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🚚 I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

We're so sorry for the delay! Each Sajkahon product is lovingly handmade, and sometimes this extra care takes a little longer.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check your email/SMS for a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey there.

  2. Double-check your address in your account/order details to ensure it's correct.

  3. If your order has passed the estimated delivery time (usually 5–10 working days),

📦 What if my package is held or lost by the courier?

We’re truly sorry if your package has been delayed, held, or appears lost — we understand how disappointing that can feel, especially when you’re waiting for something handmade with care.

But don’t worry — we’re here to help.

If your tracking link shows the package is stuck, held, or lost:

  1. Email us immediately at support@sajkahon.com with your order ID.

  2. We’ll contact the courier on your behalf and investigate the issue.

  3. If the package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will either:

    • Resend your order at no extra cost (if the product is still available), or

    • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Placing an order is simple and joyful. Just browse through our handmade collections, choose the piece that speaks to you, add it to your cart, and click on ‘Checkout’. Follow the easy steps to fill in your details, and your order will be on its way to becoming a creation just for you.

🧾 Will I receive a receipt after ordering?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order is confirmed, you will instantly receive an order receipt on your email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder — or feel free to contact us at support@sajkahon.com, and we’ll be happy to resend it.

📦 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Since most of our products are handcrafted-to-order, we begin working on them right away. We kindly request you to inform us within 12 hours of placing the order if you wish to cancel or make changes.

What if the package is held by customs?

If the contents of the parcel are suspicious to customs officers (for example, many identical goods), it may be further checked.

🔄 Can I get a refund if I change my mind after placing an order?

Since our products are specially handcrafted on order, we generally do not accept cancellations once the creation process begins.
However, if you contact us within 6 hours of placing the order, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request and offer a refund if possible

🧵 What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

We’re truly sorry if something went wrong. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please email us at support@sajkahon.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the product and packaging — and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

⌛ How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that some banks or wallets may take a little longer to reflect the amount

📩 How can I request a refund?
